If you are planning an Adi Kailash and Om Parvat Yatra in 2026, this blog will help you understand what this spiritual Himalayan journey actually feels like.
From 2 May to 6 May 2026, we completed a 5 Days / 4 Nights journey to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat in the beautiful Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. This route takes travelers through some of the most scenic mountain roads, ancient villages, river valleys, and high-altitude Himalayan landscapes.
Adi Kailash is considered one of the most sacred Himalayan pilgrimage destinations, often called Chhota Kailash. Nearby, Om Parvat is famous for the naturally formed “ॐ” symbol visible on the mountain.
For spiritual travelers, trekkers, and photographers, this journey is truly unforgettable.
During this journey, we passed through mountain roads, river crossings, remote villages, and some of the most beautiful Himalayan viewpoints. The weather remained supportive, giving clear mountain views during most parts of the trip.
One of the most memorable moments was standing in front of Adi Kailash with the group, capturing memories that will last forever. The energy, excitement, and emotions at that altitude cannot be described in words.
Most travelers follow this route:
Dharchula → Gunji → Nabi → Adi Kailash → Om Parvat
The best months are usually May to June and September to October, when mountain views are clearer and road conditions are generally better.
If you are looking for a journey that combines spirituality, adventure, and raw Himalayan beauty, Adi Kailash and Om Parvat should definitely be on your bucket list in 2026.
